When we our surveys, we regularly have our HRBPs and Admins responding to manager requests for updates on their response rates. Is it possible to provide leaders with access to live response rates without providing live access to results? If it is not possible, would this be something considered on the roadmap?To clarify, we have historically provided managers with phased access of their results. Our reasoning had been to avoid a direct report mentioning to their manager that they just finished the survey and then having that manager notice their score(s) went up or down, compromising confidentiality slightly (especially on smaller teams).

Hi, I would like to ask what happens if one of the raters category in 360 won’t meet the confidentiality threshold - would their answers be suppressed into All but self results, but detailed results for this category won’t be available? Also, their comments won’t be shown at all?Thank you!

Hi, I was wondering if the surveys had a timeout for the sessions? Our team members frequently have to take calls and if they start the survey and come back to the still open page, are they able to continue it at all? Or does it log them out after 20mins of inactivity for example? Thanks,Cait

Hi, whenever we have managers new to the role or leading a new team, is there any action that needs to be taken by the Admin with regards to their access ? i.e.for the newly hired manager :- does the access need to be set up in the platform (or does that happen automatically)- does this manager have access to his current team’s previous survey resultsand for the manager taking the lead for a new team:- is the tool automatically updating their access or does the Admin need to make the changes?- do they keep or lose the access to the results of their previous team(s)?Is there a document or other asset with further info on the above?Thank you!

Hi,After every survey I pull all the possible reports available separately and merge them in to one powerpoint file (I pull the comments in to excel separately). Is there a way to do this automatically - seems strange not to have this as an option.Thanks,Aisling.

I have a few questions where all of the respondents gave a 5 rating, which should yield an average score of 100. But the Glint scores on those questions are 80s and 85s. How does that compute?

In my response rate I see the number of 8 respondents out of 13 but I am sure that 12 out of 13 filled in the survey. My department consists of office people and 5 logistics people who have their own team lead but are too small to have their own results. Those 5 people are included in my total but their scores are not included in my results. Can someone let me know how this can be corrected?

Hi, how is the score calculated for a question with a "skip" response. For eg 1 skip , 6 with answers. I assume only the 6 with answers are calculated as the average of 6 responses. Thanks
