Do terminated employees need to remain as Active in Glint in order to continue to receive exit surveys?

@jkingSB Thanks for reaching out! An employee’s status is not attached to their survey activity. It’s the Distribution List that needs to be considered. The DL for Exit surveys can be set to include INACTIVE employees. For Exit surverys, in particular, we encourage you to include INACTIVE users in the Distribution List since the timing of when they leave and when Glint receives that info doesn’t always align.
