We are seriously considering a deep investment in GLINT’s 360 tool, however, it would seem that survey results are limited to the individual. Am I right in understanding that as an Admin 1) I cannot output aggregate data of individuals who participated in the 360 program, nor 2) use the GLINT platform to analyze data across an entire cohort (similar to other survey instruments)? It would seem extremely short-sighted of GLINT to create such an amazing tool to not think of the administrative experience, or the robust reporting that this tool could enable. Limiting analysis to an individual is a deal-breaker. Please say it ain’t so!
Why is can't I duplicate my programme?
I have a programme in place, and whether it is approved or not, I can’t duplicate it. Is there something I’m missing or is it an access issue? I am an admin so should be able to do everything. The duplicate tab shows up when I hover on the ellipsis but nothing happens when I click it. Any help would be much appreciated!
Glint Pulse Survey Results Color Coding
I don’t understand how Glint is deciding to color code results in a pulse survey. I will see some items in blue, grey, or red and I can’t figure out what dictates the color coding. For example, I have one question with all favorable responses and score of 90 but it is colored red. Yet I have a different question with all favorable responses and score of 90 that is colored blue. This doesn’t make sense to me. Both questions are higher scores than the last survey so both have trended up. Why is one red and the other blue? I have not been able to find details on this coloring. Does anyone have more info on this?

How to find Meaningful Work, Empowered, and Energized Scores in Dashboard
How can I find the results for Meaningful Work, Empowered, and Energized for my Team’s results in the current Signals results? The instructions in the deck says - “Meaningful Work, Empowered, & Energized scores: Dashboard -> Scores-> Expand “Thriving” by clicking the arrow to the left of “Thriving” to find these three -> “Score” column.”However, there’s no arrow to the left of “Thriving” and I’ve clicked everywhere else but don’t see these three categories’ scores.
Export data from Multiple Surveys into one report
We have different pulses for onboarding surveys. example 45 day, 90 day, 6 months, 1 year etc. I’m trying to see if the filter can allow you to select more than one survey so when I export the data to spreadsheet, it’ll show the results for the surveys selected with the survey name so we can filter to the survey we want to analyze. this will save us a ton of time instead of having to export each survey result individually.
Hi, I would like to ask what happens if one of the raters category in 360 won’t meet the confidentiality threshold - would their answers be suppressed into All but self results, but detailed results for this category won’t be available? Also, their comments won’t be shown at all?Thank you!
Variance/ Standard deviation within survey scores
Can Glint provide standard-deviation within a particular survey question score/ overall score? The standard deviation would help determine the extent to which a group are answering questions consistently. E.g. Given two groups of 100 people, both with a mean of 60 but a standard deviation of 10 vs 20, this would give insight that the average difference from the mean is small in group 1 and large in group 2 indicating consistency of opinion in group 1 and a wide variety of opinion in group 2. Currently, it seems, there is no way to get this insight in Glint except by breaking the groups out into smaller groups. Thanks
Previously when we have sent out surveys employees can access the link from their work emails with no problem. We launched our survey yesterday and unless you are a people manager with SSO access you cannot access the survey. All of our employees access is listed as none...but I can’t update it and not sure if that will fix the problem.
