Why are Anytime Feedback and Recognition being sunset?As we prepare for the transition of Glint to Microsoft Viva, we are working to ready our platform and our customers for upcoming changes. One such change is the removal of the Anytime Feedback and Recognition modules from the Glint platform.   Anytime Feedback and Recognition programs have brought value to many Glint customers Our decision to remove these features is to better align the Glint product within Microsoft Viva where functionalities similar to Anytime Feedback and Recognition are already available to customers. We are excited about this potential for you and will provide more detail in the coming months. We are grateful for the opportunity to partner with you on your continuous listening journey and look forward to doing so in new and exciting ways in the future.   What is the sunset date?There is not a specific sunset date. Glint is introducing a Customer Badging program and we’re looking for pilot participants. That said, we’d like to be clear that the program is in the early stages of development; we’ll be modifying the program based on feedback.  If you’re interested in participating in our pilot and earning a People Success Badge to display online, please reach out to your CSM or contact support@Glintinc.com no later than March 7th.If you’re selected, you’ll receive an email invite with access to the course, two completion reminders during the completion window, and finally a short survey upon the close of the pilot and an optional invite to attend a roundtable session.  

The Glint platform officially moves to Microsoft Viva in summer 2023, Until this time, Viva-Glint customers can access MSFT’s Power BI (Business Intelligence) feature by following the guidance on this link: https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/viva/insights/tutorials/power-bi-glint-2Power BI — available in public preview for joint Viva Insights and Glint customers — maps organization and team-level behavioral insights to sentiment data, enabling users to more accurately identify where teams may be struggling, proactively adjust work norms, and measure the impact of change over time.Additional ResourceGlint’s Move to Microsoft Viva 

Ensuring confidentiality is critical to helping employees be honest and open in their survey responses. With accurate data, companies can take more appropriate action on results and improve their business.Glint recently introduced two improvements to the way we handle suppression (to protect confidentiality) within our platform: using response count and providing exceptions based on parent size. The Community page here goes into detail (with examples) about each of these. We encourage you to start using response count everywhere instead of head count when determining suppression. Since this will change the groups managers (and admins) are able to see within the platform (including prior surveys), it will be important to prepare your team for the change. Contact Support@Glintinc.com or your CSM on or before 5 February 2022 to make this change. Hi everyone! I’m Eric, the Head of People Science Intelligence at Glint. It’s wonderful to join the discussion in this vibrant community! In case you haven’t heard, last month we released a new Employee Well-Being Report that shared findings from our latest Glint research related to work flexibility, talent mobility, and the contrast between candidate expectations and employee realities. I feel particularly passionately about the talent mobility problem, as I believe organizations’ abilities to facilitate mobility will be essential to their retention of employees moving forward. Hello everyone! Glint is exploring several feature concepts for Employee Experiences, and we’d like to get your reaction to them. Your honest feedback helps us think about directions for future features, so both positive and negative comments are very helpful.  Please note that these are early concept explorations that may or may not, wholly or in part, result in future Glint features. Click here to access the Google Forms survey with the concept descriptions and questions. Our marketing team is exploring the needs of individual contributors. By deepening our understanding of what these employees need to engage at work, we will be better positioned to develop relevant product features.We would like to schedule 60-minute video calls with a handful of individual contributors at organizations that use Glint over the next 3-4 weeks. During the call, topics such as what makes individual contributors feel happy and successful at work, how they view their role in their own and team’s engagement, and what development means to them will be discussed. Microsoft and LinkedIn are committed to protecting your data with strict access controls. To ensure that access to your data remains highly secured, we are implementing a mandatory Microsoft security update which may slightly change the way that you access your Glint secure SharePoint site(s).  Beginning immediately, we will start a phased rollout requirement where you must use Multi-factor Authentication (MFA) to sign in to your Glint secure SharePoint sites. The rollout begins now and will be completed by mid-January.  If you are already using an Office 365 application that requires MFA, you won’t see any change. However, if you are not yet using MFA, complete the following steps to initially register and sign in:Go to your shared Glint - SharePoint site. Enter your email address, then select Sign-in options.Note: Depending on your email provider, you may be asked to grant permissions to let Microsoft populate your info for future sign-ins.
