We did a culture survey in April 2022 and are doing another one. On the culture survey question library there are no benchmarks (actual numbers) so we had to back into them on the questions we asked from the actual survey. We are asking some different Glint culture questions with the next culture survey need to have those benchmark numbers PRIOR to the survey. Does anyone have a listing or could point me to the place on the Glint platform where I can find the 2022 and any updated culture benchmark numbers for the Glint culture questions?
Hi, I don´t understand how the colors are set in the result. I attach two examples I can´t explain:Why is this one red?Why is this one grey?
We are doing exit surveys till now with voluntary terminations but leaders want to add involuntary terminations. what is best way to do like adding a distribution list to the existing one or creating a whole new survey just for involuntary?
What is the standard error for Viva Glint survey scores? Related, what constitutes a statistically meaningful change in scores? Research shows that the standard deviation of a 5-point scale raw score for survey items is typically between .7 and 1.0. Conservatively, for a group of 100 participants and an SD of 1, the standard error would be .10 (which is .02 of the 5 point scale). This suggests that 2 points of the 100 points in the Viva Glint score range would be the Standard Error, and so a difference of less than 4 points is likely NOT indicative of a change in scores. Or I would assume. Thoughts?
A participant got the 360-survey link (personalized), but clicking on the link redirects the participant to sign in page. What could be the issue? Pls suggest resolutions.
How is it that the score is maintained when more than 70% of the population increases their enablement score?
Is there any way to edit your Glint survey once it is completed and submitted?
In the Glint Community posting to “How do we design a pulsing strategy that incorporates engagement and topical content” the author said, “It’s time to think beyond the traditional concept of “employee engagement” to a more holistic view of what it takes to help individuals and organizations thrive.” We’ve been doing engagement surveys the past 5 years along with culture surveys every 2 years and most recently a Work Experience Survey to determine employee satisfaction with the business responsive work model. We know we need to make adaptations to the full time/hybrid/remote model. I’m curious to learn of any research about new approaches to surveys that incorporate the items in this article as well as levels of engagement. We still believe Culture and Engagement should be separate surveys as they measure different things. Welcome a response, recommendations, and resources from both the People Scientists at Glint Viva and the community. thank you!
Can we create any non-anonymous survey ?
It looks like the Glint eSat Benchmark was 75 in January of this year and has now jumped up to 87. Is there any data supporting this change and can we confirm that it is accurate? Candidly I was a little surprised by this number considering the currently socio-economic climate the global workforce is in.
Hi,My overall Esat score isn't showing on the report could anyone help with this?
Dear Glint communityHope you are well. In the interim results, there is PE , and also Gqeberha. Can you please clarify if the one for PE is indeed for Fresenius Kabi South Africa (MU) and Gqeberha then for Fresenius Kabi SA Manufacturing (PU).Thank you Humbulani
Is there a way to get the number of companies and % breakdown by industry for the US benchmark 2022?
How can I generate a heat map with all leaders (direct reports) at once? Is it possible?
I extracted the comments from several different countries in several different reports. For some of the countries, the Team field says ‘Suppressed’ and for some it refers to the head of the organization. What is the difference here and why does this vary?
Hi, How can we pull out region - wise manager reports as an executive summary (like all managers together for a region, e.g. Middle East)
Hi In my teams result, two out of three “Top Strengths” are marked red - why is that? What does that mean?
Hello: i would like results interpretation guidance. I have a senior leader’s pulse survey results that indicate the following: the senior leader has 2 top strengths and the 3rd is blank. Why is that? At the bottom left-hand side of the dashboard, it says “7 questions excluded”. What does that mean? the explanation in the rollover is not clear. On the results by question, there is a bubble that shows low impact on items I thought had high impact based on the company results. Why is this?Thank you in advance!
Hello,Hope you are doing well.I’m HBBL, and I would like to have a Demo of “ How to work Action Plan by Glint Platform.I will be sharing with my leaders who will be working on the survey action plans. Thanks in advance!!
Is it possible to see multiple benchmarks in your company results? I get the request if we only can select a benchmark for factory workers for example.
