How do I grant access to view People Pulse results to my Management Team?

Go to the Configure setting.
Under user roles.
Select the Managers roles you wish to release the results to.
Assuming you have already set this up (meaning you have added your managers etc) , you simply need to select VIEW MY PULSE. and save the changes
