I want to create a new goal however the item I want to choose is not one of my opportunities.  How do I do that?

Hello,
There are several ways to create a Focus Area for an item that is not listed as a Strength or Opportunity.

  1. From the Team Summary report, navigate to All Scores > click arrow to the right of the item > select Choose As Action > Create Action.
  2. From the Executive Summary report, navigate to the Scores section > click the three dots to the right of the item > select Take Action > Create Action.
  3. From your Focus Area tab, select Choose a Focus Area > toggle to the program at the top >

Note, your company’s display may use a different name for Focus Areas, such as Goals or Action Plans.

Hope this helps!
