Where can I access comments from responders?

I have a presentation shortly to the leadership team and need to know how our scores compared to benchmarks, knowing that during the configuration stage I have selected the Global top 25%. It must be available to view and compare on the portal, but I don’t know how. Appreciate your help.

I have 15 unit managers along with their teams that belong to my larger team.  WI can see their scores, is there a way to generate a report or see who is still to enter an action plan based on teams reaction to survey results?

Is it possible to configure the recognition templates by adding, removing, or editing the standard ones shown in the training videos? For example, would it be possible to add five new ones that align with our values, allowing our associates  to simultaneously show recognition and reinforce our culture?

I have walked through the People Science Modules under Admin 101 and Admin 201 multiple times and for some reason it does not mark them complete. Am I missing a “mark complete” button or something?

And (similar question) if a manager transfers to a new role do they see the previous data on their new team, and no longer have access to their old team’s data? Thanks, brains!

A stupid question. How do I stop a pulse program? Questions were sent out every month but it’s no longer relevant. How do I stop the program and not just a single survey?

Hi there,Is there a way to remove the normalised scores and just have the standard Favourable/Neutral/Unfavourable scores?  I’m finding it difficult to be able to really dive deeper in my people’s thoughts and sentiment when I have one score which tells me one thing only.I understand the rationale but I don’t think its particularly easy to explain to non-data literate individuals.Timmy

I’m looking for guidance/ tool functionality through which I could review comments falling under the 3 sentiment categories - Positive, Neutral & Negative. Currently, for each questions all comments are shown together, however as an organization we would like deep dive more on comments trailing between negative to neutral and go through each to understand the pulse and underlying focus areas. Request more clarity and steps to access this feature - ‘To filter comments by sentiment-  Positive, Neutral & Negative’

Each Goal/Action Plan used to have a small section that I think was titled “Why it matters.” It was short, about a paragraph or two, but was nice because it summed up the purpose of the question. I think it looked something like this. I can’t find them anymore in the Goals -- anyone know what happened and how I can find the content?

Hi I note you can add GLINT tags in emails eg {{client.clientName}}. Is there a full list somewhere of all the tags that can be used.

Is it possible to add a hyperlink in the greeting text of a survey? The usual html code doesn’t seem to work. We would like add a link to an FAQ but would prefer to not write out the whole url.

Is there a way to easily capture all of the comments?

We are looking to measure the response rate changes based on communications.I don’t see anything that measures the response rate increase during the time a survey is open.  If a survey is open for two weeks, is there a way to see the change in response rate over that time period? I only see a way to look at current response rate vs. final response rates of previous cycles.

How can I change the language in my GLINT dashboard? Currently I have german as default language and I would like to pull out the report in English
