We are looking to measure the response rate changes based on communications.

I don’t see anything that measures the response rate increase during the time a survey is open.  If a survey is open for two weeks, is there a way to see the change in response rate over that time period? I only see a way to look at current response rate vs. final response rates of previous cycles.

Hello, your CSM can pull the amount of respondents by date.  This can be helpful if you’re looking to compare where you are at particular time period of a survey launch compared to a previous cycle.

Thank you,
