Is it possible to configure the recognition templates by adding, removing, or editing the standard ones shown in the training videos? For example, would it be possible to add five new ones that align with our values, allowing our associates to simultaneously show recognition and reinforce our culture?

That’s a great question, though it’s currently not possible to create your own Recognition program or make edits to the core items within the Glint template.
As a workaround, you could edit the text fields and provide some more guidance or prompt employees to include how their recognition relates to one of the company values.
