HELLO, 

The results of team perspectives, can be splited by managers? I mean, can I see the results for my direct reports that have also reporting? I mean, hierarchy split.

Hi Esther,

Thanks for reaching out.

Yes, you are able to check the results for the reports that were assigned to you by the Novartis Core project team, by clicking on ‘Reports’ from the dashboard → Executive Summary Report → Apply the filter at the top (i.e. Manager Hierarchy) → Search for the respective Person you would like to see

 

Please feel free to reach out to your Novartis Core project team, if you do have any further questions regarding access rights and report assignments.
