Each Goal/Action Plan used to have a small section that I think was titled “Why it matters.” It was short, about a paragraph or two, but was nice because it summed up the purpose of the question. I think it looked something like this.
I can’t find them anymore in the Goals -- anyone know what happened and how I can find the content?

As part of the collaborative action update and the switch to goals, Glint no longer shows this content (so it's been gone for awhile for organizations like Spectrum). Glint’s Product Managers spoke with a lot of managers about it and the reception was mixed, trending negative, so they took it out.
We are considering bringing this content back in the new manager landing experience design, though. I’ve passed along your interest Brian!
