If you’re looking for a report that you can export all comments into, yes there is a way to do that. When on the comments report page, you click on the rectangle symbol with an arrow pointing down found on the top-right side of the screen. This brings up several options for export. I use the export to spreadsheet option most as it downloads as a .csv file that I then upload into Gsuite. I can then filter by question which makes it easier to view.
I also suggest using the search function and bookmarking specific comments before you export the comment report because then you can filter on just the bookmarked comments.
