How do I save my department report?
Hi! When we try to download a report we get some datas/headers not fully visualized as shown in the example attached. Any way to fix this when we download it as PPT/image? Thanks!!Dario
I did not receive an email with a link that shows my survey results and when I go into the Glint site separately it says to follow the specific link that was emailed to me to see my reports. Are you able to resend the email to me or allow me to have access within the website alone?Thanks,Linzy
Hi,Can you please explain what is this section on the dashboard? What can we learn from it?Also, the # of respondents to the survey is 2142 and the commulative number here is 1376.Does that mean that 766 people chose not to answer this?Thanks very much.
I’ve created and shared a custom report. I would now like to see what it looks like when another user opens up the link. How do I view a custom report as another user?If I use the “Login As”, I can view default reports as another user, but I can’t see custom reports built by me.

In my response rate I see the number of 8 respondents out of 13 but I am sure that 12 out of 13 filled in the survey. My department consists of office people and 5 logistics people who have their own team lead but are too small to have their own results. Those 5 people are included in my total but their scores are not included in my results. Can someone let me know how this can be corrected?

I need help in understanding when we want to conduct a mini “pulse” survey off-cycle (ad-hoc) for one specific department, in this case the Marketing team at our corporate office which has a team of only 8 people, what happens to their comments? Do we have the ability to view any comment they submit with their survey? I’m aware that in order for a department, group, or team of people to have any engagement data associated with their department, we need a minimum of 5 respondents. For comments to be associated with that team or department, there must be a minimum of 10 respondents. If that team has only 8 people take the survey, we will see engagement data for them, but any comments submitted from those 8 individuals would be “grouped” into the all community comments – department will reflect “suppressed” for confidentiality purposes.
