How do I capture focus areas actions for my line managers

Hi @galeboe.modisapodi - can you please clarify?  Do you mean how can you view the focus areas your line managers have chosen, or do you mean you’d like to select focus areas to work on with your team of line managers?

I also have the same question. I would like to download a report that shows which of my managers have taken action and those who have not.
