Adding Second Focus Area and Actions

How do I add a second focus area and actions?  I have one added, the second didn’t take when I first entered it, now I cannot see how to add another from the focus area section.

    Hi @mark.pettegrew - are you wanting to add a second focus area or action item within a focus area?  Focus areas get added directly from the dashboard under Strengths and Opportunities by selecting Take Action. Within a focus area, you can add action items which are the actual steps you plan to take with your team to make progress toward the focus area. These can be added by selecting a Suggested Action item in the menu to the left, or by selecting + under Action Item.
