Each Goal/Action Plan used to have a small section that I think was titled “Why it matters.” It was short, about a paragraph or two, but was nice because it summed up the purpose of the question. I think it looked something like this. I can’t find them anymore in the Goals -- anyone know what happened and how I can find the content?

Hello. I am hoping for some help in navigating reports for a recent ad hoc survey we executed. The survey used solely multiple choice items. Is there a way to change the default attribute that multiple choice question report uses when displaying results? Ours defaults to manager hierarchy. We are interested in sharing reports with our stakeholders that include cutting these data by various attributes (gender, ethnicity, generation, etc.) I know how to change that per item but hoping that there may be a global solution that is much less time consuming. Good day, When i download a manager report in excel, it is putting it in a CSV format that is not workable (all data is downloaded as text in the very first column).Would you know how to get to a normal excel file where data from different fields is populated in different columns?Appreciate your help.thanks, Franck

I am trying to pull numbers from our 45-day onboarding survey and I need help understanding the data comparison data. I have my overall Onboarding eSat as my main metric of the survey in which I have benchmark comparison and a date comparison. I have attached an image to showcase what I am seeing. I would understand if instead of vs April it said vs July as July is 90 days previous from today (October 12th, 2023), but my date comparison shows April. When I toggle to the Last 30 days, it changes to vs August. Again, I would assume last 30 days from today would be September. Any help or insight to help me understand this is much appreciated! Hello, One of my internal customers is asking for her 360 survey data. While she can see her manager’s feedback (this is the only rater category where she met the threshold for confidentiality) she wants to see the rest. I explained to her that that data is suppressed and even I can’t see it, as an administrator. However, she is asking me to submit this request to Glint. Is there any way for her to get data from the other rater categories - even just open-ended feedback? Thanks, Natalie

I am having trouble understanding drivers we have 3 geolocations US, AUS and Europe the identified drivers for the whole company are 1 change communication 2 decision making 3 action taking however the top two of these are not identified when filtereing on each of the countries, - see table and attached, where is the change communication the highest driver if it is not in the top 3 in any of the countries? or what I am doing incorrectly? How do I as an administrator give Managers access to their own survey results?
Curious if there is a way to download all of the alerts from a survey in one ppt? I could not find this option on the site like I have for other reports. Anyone find a solution for this
So I am the admin for my company and i sit within our People Team. When I look at a report/ dashboard view I cannot see my CPO in the team summary nor can I log-in as her to view results. Is this intentional to prevent access?
As part of Exit Survey, can we attach the comments to specific manager name. I work in health care Industry and HRBP’s have different challenges.
