how to download a manager report in excel that is not in CSV format

Good day, 

When i download a manager report in excel, it is putting it in a CSV format that is not workable (all data is downloaded as text in the very first column).

Would you know how to get to a normal excel file where data from different fields is populated in different columns?

@franck.chardon17534  We will be enhancing our export capabilities in the April 30 release. With this release you will have the option to download either CSV or XLSX files.

hi Judy, thanks for the quick answer and happy to see that new capabilities are to come. In the meantime, isn’t there a work around? I realize that some other colleagues with Carrier are able to get the report in excel in the proper XLSX format. So wondering whether there would be an easy workaround until the new capabilities are up and running.

can you confirm that there is now the possibility to download reports in EXCEL format? Because I still only see CSV.
