Is there a way to enable managers to delegate their access in order to perform tasks on behalf of them?

Hi @edyta.caban - yes, but depending on how dynamically you want them interacting with your results, you may need to work with your HR/admin team to set up appropriate user roles.  See this recently asked and answered question:
