The manager is not able to access the platform anymore. 

As HRBP I tried to log as the manager, but the name is not on the list. 

What could be the reason?

Please reach out to the customer support team (support@glintinc.com) in regards to this issue. They have access to your Glint environment and will be able to troubleshoot.
