I am unable to download the action plans I created and they are not an available report. How can I download the action plans with details?

Hi Denise - This is something that can only be done once your organization turns on Collaborative Action. We are strongly recommending that all clients move to this new model as soon as they are comfortable doing so. Let me know if you need more resources!
