I am wondering if internal benchmarking data is available for the first survey run with Glint, or if the benchmark data won't be available until the second survey completes.
Hi Jacqueline - I'm so sorry for the delayed response!! They can be available for your first survey - there's the comparison v. the company average. You can also add in your own internal benchmarks (i.e. Business Unit or Department benchmark).
