Two limitations with Glint are the lack of reporting API for summary data to connect in our HR Data Warehouse and native integration into Slack (we use Slack over Teams at our organization). Exporting CSV files individually is not scalable with the our org size and the frequency at which we are using lifecycle (onboarding, pulse, exit). This creates an extensive amount of work to get the various views of data exported manually. We desire to centralize our summary/aggregate results data into our HR Data Mart, which is commonplace for most HR tech today. For Slack, it is a modern way to meet organizations where they are with internal communication tools (in addition to text) and would be an awesome as another channel beyond email. Are these items currently on the Glint product roadmap? Overall, I love the Glint product but these two major limitations from competitors such as Peakon Thank you!
I am the admin, and can’t get survey results for my survey. It states less than 5 responses creates no results, however i have 7 responses and that is 50% of the team. Shouldn’t i still be able to review the open ended questions of the survey?how would i get access to that? thank you

How to check which companies are we benchmarking against (for the global benchmark)?
Hello, I am pulling data to understand how male/female answered the questions they were given. Can the break down of the heat map be explained to me so I read it properly. A picture is attached. I have highlighted in the picture Camarderie - Team. How do the numbers calculate? The respondents line makes sense to me however, the rest do not. Please help :) Vicki
Where can I find Exit Survey responses in Glint for terminated employees?
Hi, we did a pulse survey recently with ~ 500 respondents. All comments are showing as suppressed. Few days back we saw that only 15%- 20% comments were suppressed and the others referred to the team they were part of. Any ideas what could have happened and how we can get comments sorted by a department or location which was part of the data upload for respondents. Thanks
How can I change the language in my GLINT dashboard? Currently I have german as default language and I would like to pull out the report in English
Is there a way to make questions conditional or branch them. For example, if someone answers Yes the next question they’ll get is #2, but if they answer No, they will skip to #4/
I have a presentation shortly to the leadership team and need to know how our scores compared to benchmarks, knowing that during the configuration stage I have selected the Global top 25%. It must be available to view and compare on the portal, but I don’t know how. Appreciate your help.
Dear Glint Community,How do I get a report with the focus areas per team? I would like to see the content of the actions. At the moment, I can only see some statistics. Thank you,Maria
Where will I find a list of what languages are available for the Glint survey ?ThanksEwa
This question was also posted in the Seek and Share Advice forum. Is the “average scores” metric calculated based on weighted-average or average for each question? If weighted-average is used, how are the weights assigned (or what are the multipliers) in a question of 7-point scale? Thanks.
I have an employee who just returned from a Leave of Absence and is unable to take survey. When he clicks to take the survey, he sees the message “Successfully Logged Out” immediately after he logged in. How can this be resolved? Thank you.
When I take a screenshot of the manager hierarchy and then drill down by manager and take screenshots of the manager report, it doesn't look accurate at first glance due to the color changes

Is there a way to have a survey reopened for an employee to make a correction/addition after they initially complete it but during the time period it is still open?
Hi there,Is there a way to remove the normalised scores and just have the standard Favourable/Neutral/Unfavourable scores? I’m finding it difficult to be able to really dive deeper in my people’s thoughts and sentiment when I have one score which tells me one thing only.I understand the rationale but I don’t think its particularly easy to explain to non-data literate individuals.Timmy
Is there an ability to create a heatmap that compares a single survey item across two demographics in rows and columns? For example, I would like to compare only engagement scores for gender across departments in one heatmap view. Based on training, it looks like you can only view one demographic in against all survey items in rows.Is this functionality available, and if not would it be possible to include in the future?
HiOne of my team's results are suppressed, why is this please?Chris Gibbins
I have a few questions about using a generic link for our Survey. Since we will be sending the survey via the URL – do we still need a distribution list? We are worried about enabling the survey and then having it sent to everyone. Do we need to enable it and/or approve it in order to gain access via the URL? Is there a way to preview the survey without enabling it?
If a manager sees that their results went down but they had moved teams and now have different results, is that based on their results the last time or the way the people that report to them now responded?
We are looking to measure the response rate changes based on communications.I don’t see anything that measures the response rate increase during the time a survey is open. If a survey is open for two weeks, is there a way to see the change in response rate over that time period? I only see a way to look at current response rate vs. final response rates of previous cycles.
