Is the “average scores” metric calculated based on weighted-average or average for each question? If weighted-average is used, how are the weights assigned (or what are the multipliers) in a question of 7-point scale?

While we write we assume a 5-point scale but you can convert this to 7-point by simply expanding 100 evenly across each of the 7 points (it comes out to slightly less even numbers for rankings 2,3,5 and 7).
