Hi all, did it ever happen to you that the comments are not showing?One of my team members is saying that the comments never showed up but the responses are there.At first the comment was blocked due to “characters limit reached” and later on it went through but did not appear. Could it be that the length of the comment somehow stopped it from showing?
Hello, One of my internal customers is asking for her 360 survey data. While she can see her manager’s feedback (this is the only rater category where she met the threshold for confidentiality) she wants to see the rest. I explained to her that that data is suppressed and even I can’t see it, as an administrator. However, she is asking me to submit this request to Glint. Is there any way for her to get data from the other rater categories - even just open-ended feedback? Thanks, Natalie
Hi Glint Community - we are aware of a newly intermittent issue with videos in the community not playing. It appears to occur only for some users, some times. If this is happening to you and you need information from one of our videos, there are 3 workaround options:you should still be able to download the video file (look to the lower right of the video window)You can also read all of the information from the video in the written summary below the fileGo to our Training platform by clicking Training in the top level navigation (if you are prompted to log in, it is asking you to log into your Glint platform in order to single sign you on). A majority of community videos are available in the Platform 101 section.Please let me know if you are a code master and have troubleshooting recommendations I can try as I investigate this issue.And thanks to all of you for your patience!
A 360 Feedback survey was recently created for us. It is working great. Thank you. My question is I am being asked to create a different 360 survey for individuals with a whole new set of questions. Under the 360 Feedback Program platform, there is an Action button that says I can duplicate the program. Could I use this action to create the individual 360 and add the new questions. I don’t want to mess up our current program.
We have a live survey and I need to make some corrections to existing participants to append / correct demographic data. Is this possible with a delta file load, and will it affect any existing survey responses? All users have a Glint ID
Good morning,we are planning the first launch of our employee engagement survey with Glint, so exciting.In our organization we have several employees that have a direct and a dotted line manager. We worked to have this reflected in Glint and seems to work well as we can now see 1 report for the direct reports of the manager and 1 report for the functional reports. What we cannot see is the aggregation of the 2. Did anyone experience something similar? How did you solve it? Forgot to answer that our HRIS system is Workday.
