Reviewing the data, it appears that one member of my team did not receive an invitation to participate in the survey. (I will be happy to provide the name of this person via a separate mail). As confirmation of this fact one can see that the stated number of participants for my team is 10 when in fact it should be 11.

What recourse can be provided to this employee who has been excluded due to no fault of their own.

It would help us a lot if you could send them:

  • Your Name
  • Your Email Address
  • Your Company
  • The details around the missing user
