When choosing a Global benchmark as our first survey, we are curious if we can then drill down to combine the results just for Canada/USA in one view… or do we have to choose North America? We have no locations in Mexico - Only Canada and USA and want to view only Canada and USA comparisons. Also, can we see Canada/USA together or do we have to select them separately? thanks in advance
In a few of the resources, it states suppression is necessary “to prevent guessing the scores of respondent groups with insufficient data using simple math...”. Does someone have an example of this simple math? I feel like I fully understood the suppression guidelines, until I hear/see this statement. Does someone have an example they could share? We’ve already gotten questions about this from our managers. Thanks! Angel
We have a few employees who had left the company and then come back. That said, when we do a rehire in our HRIS system, they keep the email alias they had but it does not give them the same employee number… it generates a new one. This is causing issues with uploading users and the manager hierarchy. I had tried my glint version of “turning off and on” - deactivate the employee(s) does not work/ nor does reactivating them. How do I change/update an employee’s “employee number” in Glint?
We are planning to launch a survey with several matrix-style questions but understand this is not a current functionality in Glint. We are open to ideas as to how to get around this but can’t think of any alternative other than breaking out each matrix option to be its own question. Thanks for any suggestions!
I have 5 out 6 responders but my engagement score is not shown, it is displaying as hyphen (--). However individual questions scores are listed with values compared to last survey and compared to benchmark. Only aggregated engagement score is not shown, It looks like a bug to me, can the team look into it.
What is the difference between Exec Summary and Executive Summary Report? When I compared side by side, there was no noticeable difference. Do you need both as they feed in from the system or can we eliminate one as there may be confusion.
We are seriously considering a deep investment in GLINT’s 360 tool, however, it would seem that survey results are limited to the individual. Am I right in understanding that as an Admin 1) I cannot output aggregate data of individuals who participated in the 360 program, nor 2) use the GLINT platform to analyze data across an entire cohort (similar to other survey instruments)? It would seem extremely short-sighted of GLINT to create such an amazing tool to not think of the administrative experience, or the robust reporting that this tool could enable. Limiting analysis to an individual is a deal-breaker. Please say it ain’t so!
