A manager is able to see his comments but the organization hierarchy attribute is being suppressed. This manager has 50 respondents and 68 comments. Does this mean org hierarchy is being suppressed because it doesn’t meat the threshold to show team break outs?
Hi Team,is it possible to assign the results of a team to another manager? I have a situation, that when the data were uploaded to the Glint platform before the survey and when the survey was closed, a team reported to a person who is not a manager of this team any more. There's a new person in the manager's role for this team. I'd like him (the new manager) to work with the results in the platform as he also will conduct the Close the Loop sessions with his team and will hopefully see the improvement in the next year's edition of the survey. Thanks in advance.Stay at home! Stay safe!Kasia
I did not receive an email with a link that shows my survey results and when I go into the Glint site separately it says to follow the specific link that was emailed to me to see my reports. Are you able to resend the email to me or allow me to have access within the website alone? Thanks,Linzy
Each Goal/Action Plan used to have a small section that I think was titled “Why it matters.” It was short, about a paragraph or two, but was nice because it summed up the purpose of the question. I think it looked something like this. I can’t find them anymore in the Goals -- anyone know what happened and how I can find the content?
In order to recognize folks that are contributing to feedback in a large change management project? I’m 99% sure there is not, but ultimately you can see if someone has taken a survey by seeing if it is still live in their account view.
