Hi. Good day. Sorry for my text. In Mexico we are using the Exit Survey and the associates are answer by tablet. The problem is when we use the tablet, the Exit Survey does not allow go ahead after the second question.We do not know if we need to use an specific app or what could be the problem. Do you know? Thank you so much.
Is it possible to remove a question and its results from the dashboard/reports view? We ran a survey with a question, “I intend to leave the organization.” rather than, “I do not intend on leaving the organization.” or something else like it. Now we have results that our stakeholders are worried will be confusing during presentations, since a desirable score shows up as a low score (color-coded red), and the rest are the opposite.
I am having trouble understanding drivers we have 3 geolocations US, AUS and Europe the identified drivers for the whole company are 1 change communication 2 decision making 3 action taking however the top two of these are not identified when filtereing on each of the countries, - see table and attached, where is the change communication the highest driver if it is not in the top 3 in any of the countries? or what I am doing incorrectly? Hi 1 of my Employees has a problem with his monthly survey.It his first, and when he Click on the link in the mail, it goes to Thanks for your feedback right away.He never answered the questions. Can you group a demographic? i.e. we have 25 career band levels, I want to cluster into two groups (leadership & non-leadership), so levels 1-18 are non leadership and 19-25 are leadership. At the moment in the attributes field we only have the 25 levels as an option.
In my response rate I see the number of 8 respondents out of 13 but I am sure that 12 out of 13 filled in the survey. My department consists of office people and 5 logistics people who have their own team lead but are too small to have their own results. Those 5 people are included in my total but their scores are not included in my results. Can someone let me know how this can be corrected?
I'm running an executive report for 4 departments that are tied with a business leader I support, when i downloaded the reports in excel its showing me two columns. One titled Company and the other My teams. I'm assuming that the company refers to the whole corporation and then My teams refers to the 4 departments ID's I selected? Is someone able to help me confirm my understanding

I’m now on the last day to participate in our current Pulse survey. I’d like to see what my department’s current participation rate is so that I can “rally the troops” if it’s not what I expect. I’d like to see the progress of my sub-organizations to give them motivation against their peers to potentially increase participation. How do I see my personal org performance while the survey is still active?
Hi, whenever we have managers new to the role or leading a new team, is there any action that needs to be taken by the Admin with regards to their access ? i.e.for the newly hired manager :- does the access need to be set up in the platform (or does that happen automatically)- does this manager have access to his current team’s previous survey resultsand for the manager taking the lead for a new team:- is the tool automatically updating their access or does the Admin need to make the changes?- do they keep or lose the access to the results of their previous team(s)?Is there a document or other asset with further info on the above?Thank you!
When adding sections to the report, new sections are automatically added to the bottom. This isn't always the best place for that section, and the only way we've been able to re-order sections is to delete them and then re-add them in an order that makes the most sense. Is there a feature that allows you to move a section up or down?
