Hi! We are currently working with a survey that has a scale from 1-5 and we want to migrate this survey to Glint but in order to track improvements with previous ones we need to keep decimals in results : (4.45 vs rounded results).We understand that in the platform dashboards this is not possible, but we were wondering if the results could be exportable to Excel so that we calculate final avgs by area with a pivot table (Only with name of the area, not the name of the person so that we keep confidentiality). Is there a way for coworkers on the same team or peers to see each others goals if they are designated “Manager” (aka Private)?
We are looking to measure the response rate changes based on communications.I don’t see anything that measures the response rate increase during the time a survey is open. If a survey is open for two weeks, is there a way to see the change in response rate over that time period? I only see a way to look at current response rate vs. final response rates of previous cycles.
Is there a library of videos to download? I want to communicate to my managers how to take action planning. I filled out a survey last week. But, I would like to retract it is possible. Natasha has only been my boss for 3 weeks. That’s not really long enough to judge anybody.
“Sorry, It is resolved now” Dear Colleagues,I am creating a new survey and I tried to add the system communications. The survey should start on a Friday, therefore by the Communications tab it should display Friday instead of Monday as Pulse start. I am unable to change it to Friday. I have saved it and even approved the survey but it won`t change the Pulse start to Friday from Monday. I guess it should automatically display Friday.Please advise what I can do to correctly set the communications.Thank you in advance.Best Regards,Alexandra Strublik

Hello, I am pulling data to understand how male/female answered the questions they were given. Can the break down of the heat map be explained to me so I read it properly. A picture is attached. I have highlighted in the picture Camarderie - Team. How do the numbers calculate? The respondents line makes sense to me however, the rest do not. Please help :) Vicki

I didnt have enough of my team participate in the recent survey to get any results. Will i be able to enter any goals into the tool?

Can the multiple choice report be exported into a spreadsheet? I don’t seem to have the option to export as a spreadsheet in my list of report export options. If not, can this be added as a future enhancement?

I’ve created and shared a custom report. I would now like to see what it looks like when another user opens up the link. How do I view a custom report as another user?If I use the “Login As”, I can view default reports as another user, but I can’t see custom reports built by me.
