I would like to know how happy FT providers are with the work/life balance compared to PRN

    Hi @kelly.skovira - the Heat Map report is probably the best way for you to view that.  Go to Reports, Heat Map, and then drop down the filter panel and use the Employee Type filter to pull up a comparison between those groups.  This quick video will walk you through how to do that if you get stuck:
