Managers requesting feedback on their directs or team

Hello!

We are testing the anytime feedback & recognition program and we are wondering if there is a way for a manager to request feedback on their directs or team.

Apparently you can request feedback only for yourself. 

Is that correct? Is there a workaround or a different type of survey that we can use for that purpose?

Hi @bailas - at this point, users can only request feedback for ones self.  Glint’s current point of view is that employees are more likely to be open and responsive to feedback when they are the ones driving the process.  However, we are tracking interest and use cases from users to inform the roadmap so it’s possible we will expand that down the road.
