My Glint results are only for the first survey taken last year. How can I change the report to show the latest results?
I’m now on the last day to participate in our current Pulse survey. I’d like to see what my department’s current participation rate is so that I can “rally the troops” if it’s not what I expect. I’d like to see the progress of my sub-organizations to give them motivation against their peers to potentially increase participation. How do I see my personal org performance while the survey is still active?
I have no pulses to review. Is that because I have fewer than 5 employees?
So I am the admin for my company and i sit within our People Team. When I look at a report/ dashboard view I cannot see my CPO in the team summary nor can I log-in as her to view results. Is this intentional to prevent access?
We have a request to include a link to a customer service survey with one question in eMail signatures. The ‘question’ would be ‘Employee Name delivers a great customer experience.’ As you can see, this replaces [Company Name Uppercase] in the curated Customer Voice question.The goal is to have it be saved as a link in a staff members email signature and/or be able to be sent out by the staff member when they complete work for an internal person and or team. We want it to be personalized and tracked per person and team for reporting progress.Is this doable with the Glint platform? If so, how can we set this up? If not, what do you recommend

I accidentally deleted comments from my survey results (thought I was only deleting the “bookmark” on the comments). How do I recover the comments deleted?
Hi - 7 out of 10 of my employees completed the February Employee Signals - above the threshold of 5 to see results. However, when I go to the Reports tab, and click on Comments, I’m told I don’t have enough respondents to see my team’s results. Is there a different response threshold to see comments?
Reviewing the data, it appears that one member of my team did not receive an invitation to participate in the survey. (I will be happy to provide the name of this person via a separate mail). As confirmation of this fact one can see that the stated number of participants for my team is 10 when in fact it should be 11.What recourse can be provided to this employee who has been excluded due to no fault of their own.

I have a few questions where all of the respondents gave a 5 rating, which should yield an average score of 100. But the Glint scores on those questions are 80s and 85s. How does that compute?

The results should be available to HRBPs as of March 28. I cannot access it - I can log in as a selected leader, but this is what I get.

why the favorable rate is 100% but the scores only have 81
