We have a request to include a link to a customer service survey with one question in eMail signatures. The ‘question’ would be ‘Employee Name delivers a great customer experience.’ As you can see, this replaces [Company Name Uppercase] in the curated Customer Voice question.
The goal is to have it be saved as a link in a staff members email signature and/or be able to be sent out by the staff member when they complete work for an internal person and or team. We want it to be personalized and tracked per person and team for reporting progress.
Is this doable with the Glint platform? If so, how can we set this up? If not, what do you recommend
