Hello, I am an HR member and have administrator permission to this Glint survey.How can I export the report that shows the response status of each user?I woud like to see who has completed the survey and who has not, who are in the middle of responding. Thank you for your help!

I have a few questions about using a generic link for our Survey. Since we will be sending the survey via the URL – do we still need a distribution list? We are worried about enabling the survey and then having it sent to everyone. Do we need to enable it and/or approve it in order to gain access via the URL? Is there a way to preview the survey without enabling it?
Hi, I was wondering if the surveys had a timeout for the sessions? Our team members frequently have to take calls and if they start the survey and come back to the still open page, are they able to continue it at all? Or does it log them out after 20mins of inactivity for example? Thanks,Cait

Also, can you confirm for me that my understanding is correct that the people pulse is posted twice a year (open for everyone to take). If an employee has completed their people pulse earlier this year, it counts towards the completion percentage, and do not need to complete again. Is that correct?

Help! We have deployed and closed our survey. Three days later we received an email from an employee stating that they never received any of the invites to take the survey. Do we have the option to add her now and deploy the survey onl to her without causing disruption or population-facing “nudges” to go out to everyone? We have not sure the results yet and so this would not cause a confidentiality issue from that perspective.
When we run a report and select the time frame as “quarter”, what data will be returned please? Is this looking back over 3 months from the date that the report is generated or are there pre-defined “quarters”, so January - March, April - June etc?Many thanksSarah
When trying to view a manager’s rollup, I’m seeing an error of: "invalid manager hierarchy detected". But the employee has a manager listed and the manager ID matches the employee ID of the manager.This is effecting an entire department’s ability to track progress and eventually view results.How do I correct this in an active survey?I have an email to support, but haven’t received a response.

Hi all, did it ever happen to you that the comments are not showing?One of my team members is saying that the comments never showed up but the responses are there.At first the comment was blocked due to “characters limit reached” and later on it went through but did not appear. Could it be that the length of the comment somehow stopped it from showing?

I was based out of store 10159 until May 2022 when I sign in for results I sign in as store manager at 17097 yet if I go through and look for store report it list my employees at 10159. How do I know if the results are 2022 survey are from store 10159 or 17097?
