Hi - is there a way I can download the heatmap report and include the detail of each question? At the moment I am just seeing the category e.g. “Wellbeing”.Is there a way I can download the report with the detail of the question behind the category e.g. the question behind “Wellbeing” could be “How are you doing?”It just so happens I have multiple questions behind a category. This information is available in the platform when hovering, but I can’t seem to get it in a report. The example output I’m looking for: Demographic 1 Demographic 2 Wellbeing (How are you doing?) Wellbeing (How do you feel about tomorrow?) Thanks in advance!
Hello, One of my internal customers is asking for her 360 survey data. While she can see her manager’s feedback (this is the only rater category where she met the threshold for confidentiality) she wants to see the rest. I explained to her that that data is suppressed and even I can’t see it, as an administrator. However, she is asking me to submit this request to Glint. Is there any way for her to get data from the other rater categories - even just open-ended feedback? Thanks, Natalie
Hi - where can I find a phone number for Glint support?
I am trying to create custom rater categories and it keeps populating an error “feedback.admin.error.errorAddingRaterCategory”. There is currently only 4 rater categories currently, so adding additional categories should not be an issue.
I am reviewing all of the suggested learning videos under content resources and don’t see a way to delete if the content is not applicable. Is there a way to delete or hide certain videos, so only applicable videos to our company show up under suggested learnings regarding focus areas? Thanks in advance for your help!-Liana Hess
Is there a tutorial somewhere on how to use cycles for Pulse Programs? I just noticed it’s an option and we’ve been discussing this at my office.Thank you!

How is favorability calculated?
I need help in understanding when we want to conduct a mini “pulse” survey off-cycle (ad-hoc) for one specific department, in this case the Marketing team at our corporate office which has a team of only 8 people, what happens to their comments? Do we have the ability to view any comment they submit with their survey? I’m aware that in order for a department, group, or team of people to have any engagement data associated with their department, we need a minimum of 5 respondents. For comments to be associated with that team or department, there must be a minimum of 10 respondents. If that team has only 8 people take the survey, we will see engagement data for them, but any comments submitted from those 8 individuals would be “grouped” into the all community comments – department will reflect “suppressed” for confidentiality purposes.
Is it possible to have people's feedback comments show fall under a category of which country they are working from or which project they are on?
Does anyone know if Glint has the capability to change the default demographic breakdowns? Currently it gives us Team, Manager Hierarchy, and one more that we just aren’t that interested in viewing. I know you can manually change it once you are in the report, but we don’t want to put that hassle on all users.
SOS I cannot, for the life of me, determine how to correct the error code I am receiving when uploading my data file. Has anyone had this error before, and if so, how did you correct it?
We rolled out a pulse with a question where the “I absolutely agree” is actually a bad thing, it should be interpreted as a negative metric, but GLINT scores its (pretty high) score as blue in the reports. Is there a way to tell the software which end of the question has to be interpreted as positive/negative?
I have two Manager's that can't see the June 2022 Survey Results. Michelle Palomaki and David Swanson. It looks like they have it listed under them.
Dear Team, can anyone let me know how I can get access to previous VOE survey (the ones before October 2022) as I would need to get some comparisons to see improvements hopefully. I joined Honeywell in September 2022 and I can not manage to get access to these data. Thanks a lot. Stéphanie
I don’t understand how sentiment in the comment report is calculated. Is the sentiment based on the entire text of the comment for each open-ended question or each individual keyword or phrase found within a commenter’s response? For example, for a single question, there are only 3 commenters who wrote a single sentence each, but the % positive sentiment is 87% and the % negative sentiment is 13%. This calculation makes it seem like one sentence from a single commenter may have a stronger influence on the sentiment values than other commenters when in reality the commenter may only be using two redundant positive words to explain. Is there anyway to categorize sentiment based on the full text of the comment?
The list of questions that can be selected as the outcome of the driver impact report is limited, why is this?
Is it possible to download the comments divided by facility and question?
Hi,Is there a function for the subject to modify their own survey in their local language?i.e. they receive the survey in the default English and they then have the option to select a preferred language for their raters? Thanks
How can I download a sheet with scores for all managers (I can filter HeatMap by Supervisory Indicator =Y but want to see the score for each question for every manager individually and not the aggregated score for all managers. Thanks.

I'm new to Glint so apologies for what might sound like a silly question. So, who is the survey benchmarked against? The rest of the company, other organisations? if the latter how do i know what sector these orgs are in? Can i benchmark against sectors that are similar to my org? thanks
How can I upload our new company logo that appears in the survey email?
On this response in the detail view for Skip Manager is this a score of zero or a skipped question? I am not sure if this means the question was skipped or the score was low.It shows two dashes when you hover over, so I assume the question was skipped but when I look at the results details is says zero.
When adding sections to the report, new sections are automatically added to the bottom. This isn't always the best place for that section, and the only way we've been able to re-order sections is to delete them and then re-add them in an order that makes the most sense. Is there a feature that allows you to move a section up or down?
