How many responses are required in Manager Effectiveness is order for Manager to view results/feedback?
I am the admin, and can’t get survey results for my survey. It states less than 5 responses creates no results, however i have 7 responses and that is 50% of the team. Shouldn’t i still be able to review the open ended questions of the survey?how would i get access to that? thank you
How do I as an administrator give Managers access to their own survey results?

I am trying to enter my goals from MAY 2022 Glint Pulse. The topic chosen was communication. That had been a goal in May 2021 so all of the old action items show up. Also, when I choose communication - it only gives the option to edit not to choose it. Then when I select edit - the old 2021 information is attached to that topic. I had even previously marked that goal as complete. Is there a way to start fresh?
I’m trying to create an onboarding survey where we can check-in with the manager on how well their new hire is doing. Would I set this up as a lifecycle survey like I did for the check-in with the new hire? It would be similar questions and format as what we ask a new hire to complete about their first 30/90 days, but the manager would be completing instead of the new hire.

Hello, I am an admin in Glint. We released the results of a 360 survey cycle. Now, one of the participants in this cycle who received a report wants to re-open the survey to get feedback from another rater. Another participant who didn’t reach the confidentiality threshold wants to re-open the survey to get feedback from more raters. Can I do this by simply right-clicking their names and selecting “re-open and extend due date”? If so, will they then get a revised report once the new due date hits?

A random question - is it possible to change the order in which comments are displayed in the Comments Report to show the most recent ones first? As far as I can tell they seem to be displayed in date order with the oldest comments first and I like to review the comments while surveys are live so I can bookmark any that are of interest/concern. But as we get thousands of comments to go through, it’s really frustrating to keep scrolling through all the ones I’ve already read to find the most recent ones. Is there a setting where I can change this so I can easily see the most recent comments for each question?If not, could it be added to the enhancement list please to be able to change the default setting?

Hi,After every survey I pull all the possible reports available separately and merge them in to one powerpoint file (I pull the comments in to excel separately). Is there a way to do this automatically - seems strange not to have this as an option.Thanks,Aisling.

Is there an easy way to clear all your bookmarked comments at once?
We have recently turned on Focus Areas Reporting for our HRBPs; however, after viewing what they are able to see I don’t feel like this report would provide the information they’re looking for.Is it possible to have our HRBPs be able to view the specific action items/focus areas for each manager that has added them in the Glint platform?
We have had some restructuring where teams have moved under a new manager. Our assumption is that the prior manager will continue to have that team’s historical results in their dashboard, and the new manager will have that team’s results going-forward. Is that true? If so, is there any way to include those historical results in the new team’s dashboard so that we can truly understand trends for the current team structures and compare “apples-to-apples”?
Hi, I am setting up a 360 survey. The reminder email to raters is set to go out 6 days before the due date. However, for some reason, the rater email text that shows on the right panel says it will go out 14 days before the due date. Please see attached. Should I be concerned that the email will go out 14 days before the due date instead of 6?Thanks, Natalie

Is there an ability to create a heatmap that compares a single survey item across two demographics in rows and columns? For example, I would like to compare only engagement scores for gender across departments in one heatmap view. Based on training, it looks like you can only view one demographic in against all survey items in rows.Is this functionality available, and if not would it be possible to include in the future?
When managers are logging in to see the results of our recent survey, which closed on 4/8, they are seeing last year's results. How can they see the current survey? Do I need to do anything as I didn't last year. PLEASE HELP! Thanks!!
