What does the red and blue and correlating score ranges mean in the heat map? Is that score below benchmark or is there some other meaning that influences the colors?

Hi Shiela,

The colours are relatively based on the minimum and maximum score of a heatmap and can be found under the heatmap, so in this example:

The lowest score is somewhere around 50 and the highest around 87. so 50 will become the darkest red and 87 the darkest blue. any shade between is therefore relative to these scores.

Hope this helps!
