I have 15 unit managers along with their teams that belong to my larger team. WI can see their scores, is there a way to generate a report or see who is still to enter an action plan based on teams reaction to survey results?

Is it possible to configure the recognition templates by adding, removing, or editing the standard ones shown in the training videos? Hi, we did a pulse survey recently with ~ 500 respondents. All comments are showing as suppressed. Few days back we saw that only 15%- 20% comments were suppressed and the others referred to the team they were part of. Any ideas what could have happened and how we can get comments sorted by a department or location which was part of the data upload for respondents.Thanks
I sent a request for feedback to a colleague who accidentally submitted the response without filling out the survey. Is there a way to delete her response and resend the invitation, or allow her to edit her response?
I am trying to thin out the distribution lists in the system as we created some that haven't been used and I cant seem to get rid of them. I click on the required list and can see the discard button but unless I make a change it wont let me click on it and still then it will only get rid of my change not the whole list itself.Also if I added a group accidentally eg all active employees to a distribution list is there no way of removing them other than manually excluding the whole list in this case over 4 thousand names?
Is it possible to remove a question and its results from the dashboard/reports view? We ran a survey with a question, “I intend to leave the organization.” rather than, “I do not intend on leaving the organization.” or something else like it. Now we have results that our stakeholders are worried will be confusing during presentations, since a desirable score shows up as a low score (color-coded red), and the rest are the opposite.
Hi,In my team I have white and blue collar workers. I got global voices report from one team only (from blue as manufacturing team). I assume that because white collar workers was less than 5. But can I get results from whole my tema in one report? Thank you Robert Chrobot

Good morning,we are planning the first launch of our employee engagement survey with Glint, so exciting.In our organization we have several employees that have a direct and a dotted line manager. We worked to have this reflected in Glint and seems to work well as we can now see 1 report for the direct reports of the manager and 1 report for the functional reports. What we cannot see is the aggregation of the 2. Did anyone experience something similar? How did you solve it? Forgot to answer that our HRIS system is Workday. I am trying to download the favorable, neutral and unfavorable scores by category. I can see the scores by hovering over the bar, but have not been able to figure out how to download. Is this possible? If so, how do I do it?

We are setting up User Roles for the first time and would like to know how to bulk load leaders into each User Role based on certain attributes. Every guidance I have seen requires you to identify individuals and go in to add User Role in that profile. This manual process is not feasible for hundreds of manager roles. There must be some way to add many leaders into one User Role without going through this process, but I cannot find information on how. Thank you!

Hi there,Is there a way to remove the normalised scores and just have the standard Favourable/Neutral/Unfavourable scores? I’m finding it difficult to be able to really dive deeper in my people’s thoughts and sentiment when I have one score which tells me one thing only.I understand the rationale but I don’t think its particularly easy to explain to non-data literate individuals.Timmy

I’m looking for guidance/ tool functionality through which I could review comments falling under the 3 sentiment categories - Positive, Neutral & Negative. Currently, for each questions all comments are shown together, however as an organization we would like deep dive more on comments trailing between negative to neutral and go through each to understand the pulse and underlying focus areas.
