Missing user name

Hi @cynthia.hodges - does the below help?  This guide as a whole should be useful for questions around users and permissions and the below is a sub-section:

• Adding Users to Roles

  • To add a user to a role, navigate to Configure icon > People

  • In the search bar at the top of the page, type in the person’s email address or first and last name.

  • When their record appears in search results, select their name to navigate to their profile.

  • Select the pencil icon next to edit their role membership.

  • Select Save
