We are in the process of reviewing our people engagement program. As part of the review, we want to consider and design the best ways to drive people manager accountability for engagement? Linking people engagement results to performance reviews, talent assessment, and/or rewards is one of the options we are considering. Keen to hear how other companies are doing it effectively or any other alternate strategies.
I would like to know more about the statistics of the score. Especially in small teams a single outlier can significantly influence the result on the overall score. Is there a chance to get a scatterplot or boxplot on of the single questions/scores?Thank you.

When I receive and access Glint 360 survey as a participant (subject) or a rater, I don't see any prompts to access videos available for users on Glint People Academy Resources. What is the best way of sharing these resources with participants?
After launching a recent pulse survey, it was discovered that a handful of employees were not assigned the proper language code and therefore they received their pulses in our system default language “english”. Is there anyway to update the impacted employees language code and have the update reflect in their existing pulses? Has anyone else encountered this challenge? Thanks in advance!

Hi, whenever we have managers new to the role or leading a new team, is there any action that needs to be taken by the Admin with regards to their access ? i.e.for the newly hired manager :- does the access need to be set up in the platform (or does that happen automatically)- does this manager have access to his current team’s previous survey resultsand for the manager taking the lead for a new team:- is the tool automatically updating their access or does the Admin need to make the changes?- do they keep or lose the access to the results of their previous team(s)?Is there a document or other asset with further info on the above?Thank you!

I am the admin, and can’t get survey results for my survey. It states less than 5 responses creates no results, however i have 7 responses and that is 50% of the team. Shouldn’t i still be able to review the open ended questions of the survey?how would i get access to that? thank you

I am trying to enter my goals from MAY 2022 Glint Pulse. The topic chosen was communication. That had been a goal in May 2021 so all of the old action items show up. Also, when I choose communication - it only gives the option to edit not to choose it. Then when I select edit - the old 2021 information is attached to that topic. I had even previously marked that goal as complete. Is there a way to start fresh?
I’m trying to create an onboarding survey where we can check-in with the manager on how well their new hire is doing. Would I set this up as a lifecycle survey like I did for the check-in with the new hire? It would be similar questions and format as what we ask a new hire to complete about their first 30/90 days, but the manager would be completing instead of the new hire.

Hello, I am an admin in Glint. We released the results of a 360 survey cycle. Now, one of the participants in this cycle who received a report wants to re-open the survey to get feedback from another rater. Another participant who didn’t reach the confidentiality threshold wants to re-open the survey to get feedback from more raters. Can I do this by simply right-clicking their names and selecting “re-open and extend due date”? If so, will they then get a revised report once the new due date hits?

A random question - is it possible to change the order in which comments are displayed in the Comments Report to show the most recent ones first? As far as I can tell they seem to be displayed in date order with the oldest comments first and I like to review the comments while surveys are live so I can bookmark any that are of interest/concern. But as we get thousands of comments to go through, it’s really frustrating to keep scrolling through all the ones I’ve already read to find the most recent ones. Is there a setting where I can change this so I can easily see the most recent comments for each question?If not, could it be added to the enhancement list please to be able to change the default setting?

Hi,After every survey I pull all the possible reports available separately and merge them in to one powerpoint file (I pull the comments in to excel separately). Is there a way to do this automatically - seems strange not to have this as an option.Thanks,Aisling.
