Where can I find more information about section breaks in the survey questions, please?
i HAVE 6 MODALITIES, AND i WOULD LIKE TOSEPERATE MY MODALITIES TO SEE EACH RESULTS
Sort of a wonky question, but we have heard this from a few leaders.
How do I switch from viewing my own team results to the admin role to see all company results.
Is it possible on Glint to get a breakdown on how many people voted 1 to a statement, then 2, then 3 and so on. I was aware that what we see are weighted scores, but I have received a request to provide my seniors not sure if it still possible to get our hands on to something at that level.
I’m starting a new survey program after summer and most teams will look different so I don’t want any historical comparisons. How do I turn that off? I’m also wondering, if I create a new question that is very similar to one in the question library, can I still get the external benchmark? Please note that I don’t want to adjust the original question. Where can I adjust the standard Welcome text my colleague has set in the program before she went on holidays?
I would like to set up an alert to nudge my mangers to populate their updates/status of their chosen focus areas in GLINT. Is there a way to do this? If not, does anyone have any suggestions for reports that might be helpful. Essentially, I want to avoid having managers forgetting to attend to their focus areas, and would like to have the system remind them.
In the report on comments as well as when I export comments, there is no indication if the comment is a positive, negative, or neutral other than the aggregate percentages at the top. Is there a way to sort the comments by sentiment?
Dear Community,Does anyone know if the Focus Areas can be reset when a new period starts? Because for now, the previous one is still showing up, we've already tried closing the previous ones, but they still keep appearing. Thanks for your support!

How can I remove employees from being counted in the survey once it has already been launched? I have tried deactivating them but it doesn’t seem to work. We used a specific distribution list for this survey and our HRIS is connected to Glint.

As part of Exit Survey, can we attach the comments to specific manager name. I work in health care Industry and HRBP’s have different challenges.
I recently took a new position as manager in my department in December 2023. When I looked at my results today, it shows the historical data from my previous job not my current. I would like to know if there is a way to display the historical data before I was manager of this department to show progress, if there was any.
We’d like the ability to customize the ‘from email address’ when sending surveys out to employees. Our employees are well versed in phishing recognition, and many have flagged our initial surveys as potential spam. In place of the existing email address (Glint <survey@mail.us1.glintinc.com>) we’d like to propose that the following is available: (Glint Survey<survey@[yourdomain.com]).That change would increase confidence in user response to surveys, and simplify setup for configuration teams, who can add their domain, rather than whitelisting the glintinc.com domain.Please let me know if anyone has found a way to manage this to date, if not, I’ll push forward with a roadmap enhancement request.
I submitted a ticket yesterday and have not heard back. I just called the support number and no answer, but received an email “created ticket request.” Our survey launches on Monday, and I need a conditional logic fix. How do I get assistance ASAP?
We’d like to enable dual language survey emails. How can this be configured? Is it necessary to define a language field in the distribution data file? We haven’t been able to find any documentation on enabling this.Note that all communication translations have already been input in the program set up.
Hello,I have company admin access, as well as direct reports. The default option is receiving company teams conversation. How am I able to log in under my name (as the manager) to review my scores and get teams conversation?
