We would like to provide a QR code to our employees as part of our monthly call to encourage completion for our engagement survey ?

Can anyone provide instructions??

Hi Eryn, 

The first time I used it, I just created a code with a free QR generator I found online. The last three survey cycles, our comms team has created it. I prefer to have the comms team take that responsibility as the experts since they are also creating our internal digital promotional assets.

We use SSO to access surveys. How do I also get a URL so that I can use the QR code generator?
