As part of the migration to Viva Glint (vs Linked In Glint) we want to ask more sensitive, demographic questions e.g. What is your sexuality?

Looking at the below snapshot though, we’d be able to ask this in Viva Glint, but it looks like we wouldn’t be able to turn this question into an attribute. Do you know if this is the case? Ideally we want to ask more sensitive questions (still keeping thresholds) and transfer them to attributes so in reports we can view them as dropdowns if we have enough responses.
