Hi,I have a scenario like this - 100 people with say an average score of 53. Let’s say I slice this 100 people to find out the number of managers and their score, I get 10 managers with an average score of 58 and the non managers are 90 with an average score of 53.The averages of 53 and 58 is 55.5 ( rounded off to 56 ) Now the difference is a delta of 3 between the full population & the average of the subpopulations ( 53 vs 56 ). The above scenario is something I see when I analyze the recent engagement survey. Could some one explain why the average scores of the sub populations do not match the average score of the full population ?
If I am no longer a manager and have moved to a different role within the organization, who do I need to contact to be able to stop receiving emails for reviewing survey results with my (former) team. There doesn't appear to be a way to do this from the website.
I’d like to create custom groups using the filtering options. For example, if I wanted to look at Pulse results and compare them between job functions and managers from different business unites within my company, I would first have to filter under one manager and pull the report - then find the second manager and pull that report which will ultimately have to be manually merged together using excel. Is there a way to combine AND statements within the filter so I can combine multiple reports at different levels within Glint?
Has anyone found this guide? It doesn’t appear to exist
I would like to see a report, may be in excel, which can tell me driver wise scores for all managers across organization on one page or one sheet, how can I generate such report?
When I clicked on the ‘Get Started’ link, it sent me to the "Thank You" page. Please reopen it for me so I can enter my inputs.
I used the manager hierarchy filter under reports to pull a manager’s results. I believe I selected her direct reports and their teams. The report shows 9 responses (9 out of 10) and a score of 75 (-5 from last survey). I then used the reports to manager ID filter and see 8 (8 of 9) responses and a score of 72(-18)Will you explain what each of these report pulls and how I see such a discrepancy in the results. I am guessing the manager is NOT included in the reports to manager ID report.
Is there any way to download the ppt report created by GLINT into my pc? Thank you!
Hello,Is there a quick and easy way to compare the % of negative comments across all survey items?thank you,Mathilde
Sort of a wonky question, but we have heard this from a few leaders.
How do we edit the comments after it’s submitted for a 360 response for an individual please? I submitted an incomplete response.
What does My Teams refer to?Thank you
How do I capture the focus areas actions for my line managers?
I am trying to thin out the distribution lists in the system as we created some that haven't been used and I cant seem to get rid of them. I click on the required list and can see the discard button but unless I make a change it wont let me click on it and still then it will only get rid of my change not the whole list itself. Also if I added a group accidentally eg all active employees to a distribution list is there no way of removing them other than manually excluding the whole list in this case over 4 thousand names?
Hi!Is it possible to export comments? into excel We created a survey that asked team members to leave their contact information if they would be interested in partaking in a forum and I need to extrapolate that information.Thank you!
We have recently turned on Focus Areas Reporting for our HRBPs; however, after viewing what they are able to see I don’t feel like this report would provide the information they’re looking for.Is it possible to have our HRBPs be able to view the specific action items/focus areas for each manager that has added them in the Glint platform?
Hello, I am an HR member and have administrator permission to this Glint survey. How can I export the report that shows the response status of each user?I woud like to see who has completed the survey and who has not, who are in the middle of responding. Thank you for your help!
I have a few questions about using a generic link for our Survey. Since we will be sending the survey via the URL – do we still need a distribution list? We are worried about enabling the survey and then having it sent to everyone. Do we need to enable it and/or approve it in order to gain access via the URL? Is there a way to preview the survey without enabling it?
Is it possible to download a csv file of all survey results? I am unable to find how to do so or if it is even possible to do so.
I am trying to pull numbers from our 45-day onboarding survey and I need help understanding the data comparison data. I have my overall Onboarding eSat as my main metric of the survey in which I have benchmark comparison and a date comparison. I have attached an image to showcase what I am seeing. I would understand if instead of vs April it said vs July as July is 90 days previous from today (October 12th, 2023), but my date comparison shows April. When I toggle to the Last 30 days, it changes to vs August. Again, I would assume last 30 days from today would be September. Any help or insight to help me understand this is much appreciated! Thank you!
Hey Community.I have a theory but looking for the legitimate answer--Why does impact change when you look at different slices of data for the same question?VS.
Hi,After every survey I pull all the possible reports available separately and merge them in to one powerpoint file (I pull the comments in to excel separately). Is there a way to do this automatically - seems strange not to have this as an option.Thanks,Aisling.
If a manager sees that their results went down but they had moved teams and now have different results, is that based on their results the last time or the way the people that report to them now responded?
Dear Team, Until yesterday, I was able to see the in-progress Team Perspectives for my team.Suddenly, today the message comes as ‘Hi Rumjhum, you don't have enough respondents to see your team's results, but you can still have a successful ACT Conversation.’Please help me understand this change.
Is there a way to have a survey reopened for an employee to make a correction/addition after they initially complete it but during the time period it is still open?
