Can Admins add raters for participants in 360 Feedback Surveys

Hello- our HRBP wants to be able to approve the raters participants are selecting for the 360 survey. We’re considering doing this offline and then having an admin enter the raters for each participant. My question is, can Admins set raters for each of the participants in the system? Thank you!

Selecting focus areas

I cannot select certain focus area for this year, because they have been selected in a previous year already (although I marked it as complete that year). How can I select the same focus area again for this year? I want to make other activities to it, so not just leave it open from 3 years ago?

Changing the name of Departments & Sub-Teams in survey history

Hello, Following recent organizational changes, we need to update some department, sub-team, and sub-team2 names. In order to maintain historical pulse data within reporting, we need to update these group names both going forward and going back in time. How can I go about updating the history of these group names. Examples would include one department changing from ‘Development’ to ‘Solutions’ and a Sub-team changing from ‘People Ops’ to ‘People’. Thank you

Historical surveys not showing in the dashboard during an open survey

Hello, On the Dashboard I currently can not see my previous survey results nor can I see the results for my people leaders. Our company is currently in a survey window and it seems because we are in a survey window I can not see any historical activity. I need this information as I am in the process of writing reviews. The question is--how can I access historical reports when the company is in a current survey window. Thanks, Randy

The math behind numbers

Can you please share how you convert raw numbers into a final score? So for example, if on a question your favorability is 89%, nuetral is 11% and unfavorability is 0% - how would you convert that to a final score?
