We are seriously considering a deep investment in GLINT’s 360 tool, however, it would seem that survey results are limited to the individual. Am I right in understanding that as an Admin 1) I cannot output aggregate data of individuals who participated in the 360 program, nor 2) use the GLINT platform to analyze data across an entire cohort (similar to other survey instruments)? 

It would seem extremely short-sighted of GLINT to create such an amazing tool to not think of the administrative experience, or the robust reporting that this tool could enable. Limiting analysis to an individual is a deal-breaker. Please say it ain’t so!
