Is there a way to compare the success score against another rated question? I am trying to observe if there is a correlation between the success score and the performance conversation score.

@michellesI'm not sure I know what you mean by a a "success score.”  If you are referring to your key engagement outcome (which is often eSat + Recommend questions) as success score, I recommend looking at the Driver Impact Report because that shows the impact (Very High, High, Medium, or Low) based on correlation to the key engagement outcome.
