I’m starting a new survey program after summer and most teams will look different so I don’t want any historical comparisons. How do I turn that off? I’m also wondering, if I create a new question that is very similar to one in the question library, can I still get the external benchmark? Please note that I don’t want to adjust the original question. Hi everyone, As part of the migration to Viva Glint (vs Linked In Glint) we want to ask more sensitive, demographic questions e.g. What is your sexuality?Looking at the below snapshot though, we’d be able to ask this in Viva Glint, but it looks like we wouldn’t be able to turn this question into an attribute. Do you know if this is the case? Ideally we want to ask more sensitive questions (still keeping thresholds) and transfer them to attributes so in reports we can view them as dropdowns if we have enough responses.Thanks for your help.

Hi, I have completed the training modules for Viva Glint Foundations Admin and am trying to receive a badge. It says in the instructions that after completing the training modules, one should complete a Statement of Completion form. The link to this survey is however not showing after ending the last module, and I can’t find it anywhere else on the support pages. Can you please advise on where I can find it?We are thinking about recommending taking the badge for Managers, but if so the process needs to be smooth and the steps to complete the badge application clear and simple.Kind regards, Elisabeth

Hi,I got the wrong refenrce for 2023 in my Volvo Group Pulse report. I was Acting section manager during 2023 and my group results for 2024 is compared to the Section score values for 2023 when it states increase/decrease from last year. How can I get in the correct group score for my team as 2023 reference? Also in the heat map I have group scores in 2020, 2021, 2022 & 2024 and Sections cores in 2023. I have the 2023 scores from my last year group report. But I would like to have it in so my current year report will show the correct numbers Best regards, Peter

If I create a new pulse within an existing program, what does this look like for managers on their dashboard? Will they see the results from a previous pulse or just the active pulse?
I was not able to select all the raters I was planning to as a few of the individuals’ name and email address was not provided in the search list (company internal individuals). How can this be fixed ?
I have a manager under me who ha a team reporting to him, but he is not getting a Glint report for his Team. The managers name is Richard Cumming and I would like him to be able to review his EIS Scores for his Team.

I invited 15 people to fill in the survey. Last friday i received the report from the survey, but it included only 9 responses.some people did not fill in the survey because they were on holidays.Can i re-open the survey, so the remaining people can fill in the survey? Kind Regards, Martijn

Good morning,we are planning the first launch of our employee engagement survey with Glint, so exciting.In our organization we have several employees that have a direct and a dotted line manager. We worked to have this reflected in Glint and seems to work well as we can now see 1 report for the direct reports of the manager and 1 report for the functional reports. What we cannot see is the aggregation of the 2. Did anyone experience something similar? How did you solve it? Forgot to answer that our HRIS system is Workday. How do I know or where can I find at list of companies that make up my benchmark data?
I cannot edit or delete a goal for my directs after cascaded or assigned- Why isnt this option available?
I’d really like to redo my engagement survey, i was still at work and i had a bad day. I wasn’t in the best head space to be doing a survey and i feel i didn’t accurately engage myself enough because i was not focused enough. My brain fog was on 10 because of some personal stuff in my life at the moment and my manager got 0 praise in my survey. After i got home and i realized i hadn’t put the good, and only the bad in my survey i made myself almost feel sick because my manager deserves way more than that! i’d love a second chance so i can edit my survey please if possible!
