I’m starting a new survey program after summer and most teams will look different so I don’t want any historical comparisons. How do I turn that off?

I’m also wondering, if I create a new question that is very similar to one in the question library, can I still get the external benchmark? Please note that I don’t want to adjust the original question. Example:

Original question with ex bench:

I have confidence in the overall leadership team in my company/function

Created question:

I have confidence in Marketplaces leadership team
